Power FRK USA Return Policy

Our Return Policy is as follows:

We offer a 25 day return policy. This will give you enough time to evaluate our Power FRK Module. If not satisfied please send it back within the 25 day period and we will refund your money. The item must be in perfect condition and pass a QC check.

No returns accepted after 25 days of receipt!. You must call 718-468-4680 or email us Sales@PowerFRKUSA.com to explain the reason for return. We will then issue a RTV number so that you can return the item in question. Please note that all return shipments are to be shipped insured for the value of the purchase. All returns will be shipped at the buyers expense and must be in original packaging and in perfect salable condition. Damaged or Corrupted Modules do not qualify for refund.
